Our tenant placement agreement is non-exclusive, meaning if you do not choose to use our qualified tenant, we would not charge you any commission or fees for the advertising services we have already provided. We take care of all marketing, answering calls, setting up showings, accepting and approving renter applications, background checks, income and asset verification, negotiating our attorney approved lease, and guaranteeing all placed tenants. The tenant guarantee that if a tenant RenterConnect placed in your property were to leave your property before the end of the guarantee period, we would market and place another tenant at no cost to you.
RenterConnect employs state of the art technology, using a cloud based management software program allowing owners and tenants to create their own log in accounts via our website or through our new smart phone app! Owners who login to the software program have the ability to create financial reports, view and approve maintenance requests, communicate with RenterConnect, and have access to your lease and other pertinent documents. Tenants can set up auto pay of their rent, make maintenance requests and communicate with RenterConnect and the owner if needed. This software allows us to cut costs, passing those savings on to you making RenterConnect a very cost effective way to manage your property.
